REFUND POLICY
- I will NOT issue a refund after the commission is done and you're unhappy with it- I will however, issue a refund if you don't reply to me within 3 days on both twitter and kofi!! (this applies when you ask for the sketch and you don't reply)- ONLY If you're asking for the sketch, I can issue a refund if you change your mind during sketch phase. After your approval on the sketch, a refund is impossible

Terms of Service :

▰ Payment can be done directly through Paypal invoice, BUT preferably, I'd like payment done through Ko-fi directly by requesting a commission (if open)▰ You acknowledge the fact that your commission will not be considered "more important" than other's. I do the commissions in order of whose came first.▰ You are to use the commission for personal use only, you aren't allowed to sell, commercialize it or use it in any way to make profit.▰ Return time may vary, I am human too, there are days where I will have no motivation, will be stressed, and have the commissions delayed. Although you're free to ask for updates, please refer to my twitter as I post updates on there.▰ You aren't allowed to claim the art to have been done by you, so please if you do post the artwork, credit me with my twitter.▰ If you happen to be irritating to work with in DMs, (arrogance, uncooperative), I will issue a refund and will be blocking you on Kofi and twitter.▰ You are allowed to use a commission in non-profitable ways (stickers, discord emojis, keychains for yourself etc)▰ Changing OCs is possible, ONLY during the sketch phase. Change of OC after sketch approval is impossible▰ I usually will not make "free" commissions, so don't ask.▰ as Ko-fi doesn't have a "reserve a slot" option, if you'd like to do so, DM me on Twitter first so I can specifically open a slot for you when you are ready.
